How it Works

Step 1

Book an appointment either by email or phone call and you will come for a free consultation to asses your design requirements, fabrics and budget with Cathryn. After the appointment she will email a cost for your gown and this allows you to decide if you wish to go ahead with the purchase. 

Step 2

The second appointment will be to discuss the agreed gown once more and if any changes would like to be made. Once you are happy with the design measurements will be taken and a contract will be drawn up for you which just confirms the design, fabrics and cost. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The rest can either be done in installments on a payment plan or in two final 25% payments for your fittings closer to collection of your gown. 

Step 3

Once your gown is ready to try on, Cathryn will contact you to arrange a fitting to see if there are any alterations which may be required. This is included in the agreed price so there is no surprise fees put on the customer. Once she has assessed the fit and alterations required, she will keep the gown to complete theses.

Step 4

Once the alterations are complete, Cathryn will contact you to arrange an appointment. The customer can try their gown on and confirm they are happy. The customer can then collect on the day or arrange a time that is convenient for them to collect at a later date.
